Clean room, great view of the roofs of Rome, bright and modern, equipped with all amenities including lock with numeric code. They very graciously allow luggage to be left even before check in and after check out.

Excellent quality for what you pay. Recently opened so everything is new. Great view on the sixth floor. The air conditioning worked really well. And the location is perfect, with many great places to eat within walking distance.
Excellent communication with the owners
Perfect location, 15 min walk to the Colosseum! Easy communication and check-in, our flight was late in the evening but we had no problem getting into the building and suite, entrance from the street and there is also a bar next door that is open until 4 am, you can even eat late at night there, gift stores and mini market around the corner of the street. The place was nice and clean, had a view of the street that was amazing, and the sunlight in the morning. Overall we had a great time, thanks to the landlord!
